Dividend Reinvestment Plan
iSOFT Group Limited offers a dividend reinvestment plan (DRP) which enables shareholders to reinvest their dividend into iSOFT shares. The price at which shares are issued will be the Average Market Price for the Pricing Period, less the discount (if any) as the Board determines.
The DRP is activated for the final 2009 dividend. The Board has declared a 5% discount. The dividend will be paid on 6 October 2009 and Shareholders have until 22 September 2009 to elect to participate in the DRP.
